The Company has received today notification that, as at 22 July 2003, The Royal
Bank of Scotland Group plc is interested in 867,714 ordinary shares representing
3.93 per cent of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company. The
registered holders of these shares are BNY GIL Client A/C Nominees Ltd as to
277,714 shares and Mellon Nominees UK Ltd NIFF 3000102 as to 590,000 shares.
