                   ACQUISITION OF HUMAN RESOURCES CONSULTANCY


SP Holdings PLC ("the Company"), the marketing and financial services company,
announces the acquisition of the entire issued capital of Provisor Global Search
Limited ("Provisor"), a specialist human resources consultancy.


The new subsidiary will complement the Company's financial services activities,
providing means of internal recruitment and expansion, whilst adding increased
revenue potential from servicing external clients in the area of human
resources. Provisor will be run from Manchester by its founder, Robert Murphy.


Commenting on the deal, SP Holdings Chief Executive, Simon Eagle, said:


"Robert Murphy and Provisor will enable the Company to accelerate its aim of
building a nationwide financial services operation, whilst improving its revenue
stream from consultancy fee income."
