On January 25, 2023, NOVAGOLD Resources Inc. (“we” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing our financial results for the fiscal year ended November 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated herein by reference.
