Item 5.02     Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangement of Certain Officers

 

(b)     On March 11, 2020, Jason Raleigh, the Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of NovaBay Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”), voluntarily resigned from such positions to be effective as of March 31, 2020. The duties of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer will be fulfilled by a temporary professional until a permanent replacement to fill such positions can be found.
