On April 30, 2019, Level Brands, Inc. released an updated investor relations presentation reflective on the renaming of the company to cbdMD, Inc. effective May 1, 2019 and its focus on the CBD segment and the cbdMD brand. A copy of this investor relations presentation is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
