On January 23, 2023, KULR Technology Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its participation in and sponsorship of the 2023 Autonomous VTOL Technical Meeting and Electric VTOL Symposium on January 24-26, 2023 in Mesa, Arizona.

A copy of the above-mentioned press release is attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
