Explanation of Responses:
(1)  This amendment on Form 4/A is being filed to amend the original Form 4 filed by the reporting person on June 16, 2020 (the "Original Form 4") solely to amend the exercise price in Column 2 of Table II which was incorrectly reported in the Original Form 4. All other information in the Original Form 4 remains unchanged.
(2)  Immediate vesting as to 50,000 shares of Common Stock underlying the option and the remaining shares vest pro rata on a monthly basis over the next 21 months.
