On November 4, 2021, FTS International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the third quarter ended September 30, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated by reference herein.
