Item 2.02. Results of Operation and Financial Condition.

On July 7, 2021, Friedman Industries, Incorporated (“Friedman” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for its fourth quarter and fiscal year ended March 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
