The compilation, dissemination and review of the information required to be presented in the Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended June 30, 2019 has imposed requirements that have rendered timely filing of the Form 10-Q impracticable without undue hardship and expense to the registrant.

The registrant’s revenue increased to approximately $13.1 million for the six-month period ended June 30, 2019, representing an increase of $0.5 million compared to approximately $12.6 million for the six-month period ended June 30, 2018. The registrant’s net loss decreased to approximately $10.8 for the six-month period ended June 30, 2019, representing a decrease of $2.3 million compared to approximately $13.1 million for the six-month period ended June 30, 2018. The registrant’s net loss for the six months ended June 30, 2019 and 2018, is comprised of non-cash charges of approximately $4.3 million and $8.5 million, respectively.
