On February 25, 2020, Document Security Systems, Inc., a New York corporation (the “Company”), closed its previously announced underwritten public offering of 25,555,556 shares of its common stock. In connection with the closing, the Company issued a press release announcing the closing of the offering. A copy of the press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 to this Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
