Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

 

On November 5, 2019, Dan Del Giorno resigned as a member of the Board of Directors (“Board”) of Document Security Systems, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Del Giorno did not resign from the Board as a result of any disagreement related to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
