Looks like a buying opportunity is starting to present itself. Another gift from Joe, didn't think it would have this much impact. But good for us I always say.

CQP at 100% capacity. For decades to come. There is not enough gas supply to meet world needs.

150 tons of new gas is needed, America and Qatar supplies 80% now the Russia is off the grid. Best we can do is 60tons.

Prices will snap and explode, Europe is going to freeze or melt in nuclear war. I’d be getting my butt out of Europe for South America.

And it’s only going to get worse for the EU. The Brits are hell bent on defeating Putin. I’m at a loss WHY? No one in Europe gives a crap about Ukraine. It’s Russian territory like Guam is to America.

Trump gave Germany its white Flag.

Euro is going below .75 USD

They best get their cash out now and park it in US energy, Food or US Treasury bonds, God forbid that.,

She wants $60 something bad.

That’s is a time proven good strategy.
Build a number of share faster than reinvesting the divi.
The divi is what you need to look at in your retirement years.
That’s the sweet spot we all want.

I know do many people in Atlanta that live off Home Depot divis.

Yep, it's a beauty... But making lots of money over a long period of time isn't very exciting but incredibly satisfying... To spice it up I'll sell a big chunk just before dividend ex date and buy it back a few bucks cheaper after a couple weeks inside the IRA account that will really bump the share count up.

Yep I've been buying a little bit at a time in then collecting dividends reinvesting and adding money over the last 15 plus years and it made me a millions and I didn't do anything other than put small amounts of money in. Over time and let it compound The only thing that sucks is nobody's ever on the page It gets boring. LOL

Also, weather patterns are heating up this weekend in the middle part of the country, which should provide some pre-summer cooling demand. On the move this week I see in the correct direction again. Good things to come. Did anyone buy at the lows? I increased my share count all at under 20 those Dollars will make me 13% for the rest of my life.

Yes I aware of all these things. Have been a holder of this one for more then a decade. Hard to beat a 11-13% return for doing nothing more then holding. In the summer sometimes a sell a percentage off and buy back in November. That seems to be the low point most years. That can make a 25% gain for the year. Great place to park money.

Blackstone Has Been Loading $25-$28

They own a big chuck of CQP and was it talks of selling their stake in it. I believe one of the big majors will buy this at a nice premium. This is a cash cow. Just look at the net profit in the 4Q. I'm not selling my shares cheap.

Bought a whole bunch at 19 and 19.50 a couple days ago. Hoping for another chance. In the near future. Love a good fire sale.

After a strange serious of events I'm back. Got bumped out of this with a limit stop. Then waited patiently to get back in.
Bought the blood on the streets last couple days. We shall see if it was worth it. At the very least should be seeing a 12.4% return at minimum. If it goes lower I may buy more. At .62 cents per share to hold it can't be beat
