On February 23, 2022, Glen Tellock provided notice of his
decision to resign from the Board of Directors of BitNile Holdings,
Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Mr. Tellock’s
resignation was not the result of a disagreement between Mr.
Tellock and the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s
operations, policies or practices.
