Jeremy Welter, its President and
Chief Operating Officer, will be leaving the Company effective
July 15, 2022. Mr. Welter's
position as Chief Operating Officer of Ashford Hospitality Trust
(NYSE: AHT) and Braemar Hotels & Resorts (NYSE: BHR) will also
end effective July 15,
2022.
