On August 11, 2021, Annovis Bio Inc. (the “Company”)
posted on its website at www.annovisbio.com under “Investors & Media” frequently asked questions related
to recent interim results among both Alzheimer’s disease (AD) and Parkinson’s disease (PD) patients from Phase 2a clinical
trials of the Company’s lead compound, ANVS401. A copy of the frequently asked questions is furnished as Exhibit 99.1.
