Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On May 24, 2021, Air Industries Group (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had received a $7.4 million order for “Thrust Struts,” a critical component of the Geared Turbofan (“GTF”). This order is part of a previously announced Long-Term Agreement (LTA). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
