Item 7.01 Regulation FD
Disclosure.
On December
10, 2021, AeroCentury Corp. (the “Company”) issued a press release
announcing the launch of its first NFT Game “Mano”, a
“Play-to-Earn” Game in the Metaverse and posted a set of
presentation slides (the “Presentation”) on the Company’s website.
A copy of the press release and Presentation are attached as
Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 hereto, respectively.
The
information furnished pursuant to this Item 7.01 in this Current
Report on Form 8-K, including Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2 hereto, shall
