Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 16, 2022, 1847 Goedeker Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release and will hold a conference call announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2022 (the “Earnings Call”). A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated into this Item 2.02 by reference.
