Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

Effective June 1, 2023, Mr. Long Ding Jung resigned as a Chief Executive Officer of Leet Technology Inc. (the “Company”). Mr Long Ding Jung’s resignation as the officer of the Company did not result from any disagreement with the Company.

Effective June 7, 2023, the board of directors (the “Board”) appointed Mr. Song Dai who has been a director of the Company since October 23, 2020, as the Company’s interim Chief Executive Officer.
