On May 12, 2023, Progressive Care Inc. (the “Company”) reported its financial results for the three months ended March 31, 2023. A copy of the Company’s earnings press release (the “Earnings Press Release”) is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
