Roan Holdings Group Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) has determined that it is unable to file, without unreasonable effort and expense, its Annual Report on Form 20-F the year ended December 31, 2022, within the prescribed time period because the Company requires additional time to work with its auditors to prepare and finalize the Form 20-F. The Company anticipates that it will file its Annual Report on Form 20-F the year ended December 31, 2022 no later than fifteen calendar days after May 1, 2023.
