Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On January 20, 2023, Noble Corporation plc (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an operational and financial update for the fourth quarter of 2022 as well as recent operational and contracting highlights and updates on its prior guidance for Adjusted EBITDA for the fourth quarter of 2022. A copy of such press release is included as Exhibit 99.1 and will be published in the “Investors” section on the Company’s website at www.noblecorp.com.
