POET Technologies Augments Investor Outreach Efforts

designer and developer of the POET Optical Interposer™, Photonic
Integrated Circuits (PICs) and light sources for the data center,
tele-communication and artificial intelligence markets, today
announced that it has signed an agreement with Stockhouse
Publishing, Ltd., a division of The Market Herald, a leading source
of stock market news.
The agreement covers a 12-month period during
which POET will use a variety of new tools and services offered by
Stockhouse to drive large scale investor awareness about the
company. POET will continue to use social media and internet
marketing to distribute existing and newly created content to
targeted audiences in Canada, the US and Europe.
Stockhouse.com is a leading stock market forum
and home to the largest community of active investors and market
makers in North America, reaching over 3 million active investors
every month. It is a division of The Market Herald, one of the
fastest growing multi-platform news publishers in Australia,
Canada, and Germany and now branching out into the United
States.
The Company will pay C$100,000 against which it
will choose from a menu of standard and custom advertising and
marketing campaigns over the year to reach targeted investor
audiences. In July of this year, the Company terminated its
agreement with North Equities.
