On November 14, 2022, Adamis Pharmaceuticals Corporation (the “Company”) announced certain financial results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2022. A copy of the Company’s press release announcing this information and certain other information is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
