Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On November 8, 2022, iSpecimen Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release (“Earnings Release”) announcing its financial and operating results for the quarter ended September 30, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report. You are advised that financial information in the Earnings Release for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 is unaudited. The Company also filed its unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended September 30, 2022 with its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q on November 8, 2022.
