7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On
November 3, 2022, Microbot Medical Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it continues to aggressively
protect its global intellectual property (IP) portfolio for the LIBERTY® Robotic System as an additional patent allowance
was issued by the Israeli Patent Office, covering the modular concept, and compliments a corresponding application that was previously
granted by the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO).

press release, which is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K, is incorporated herein by reference. The information
