On October 25,2022, Heart Test Laboratories, Inc. (the "Company") issued a press release announcing that the Company had been granted a patent from the European Patent Office for proprietary electrode and cable connections for use with its AI-based MyoVista device. The press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated by reference herein.
