We hereby inform you as a Relevant Information Communication that today the Creditors’ Meeting of Gasoducto Sur Peruano S.A. (“GSP”), a company of which we are shareholders through our subsidiary Negocios de Gas S.A., was held on second call.

The aforementioned Creditors’ Meeting decided the appointment of its authorities, and approved the dissolution and liquidation of GSP in accordance with the Peruvian Bankruptcy Law.
