Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. said Friday that it reached a settlement agreement with Arkansas's attorney general over price-fixing claims, taking the number of settlements closed with an U.S. attorney general to four.

The Israeli pharmaceutical company said that it agreed to pay the state of Arkansas $931,000 over the same claims, which it continues to deny.

The state will dismiss all claims against the company and its affiliates once the transaction has been made, Teva said.

Teva's latest deal with an U.S. attorney general comes only a week after the company agreed to pay the state of Georgia $53 million. Teva previously signed other settlement agreements with Mississippi and Louisiana.
