How can I attend the Special Meeting?
You are invited to attend the Special Meeting if you were a stockholder of record as of the close of business on the record date,
October 3, 2022, you hold a valid proxy for the Special Meeting, or you are a beneficial owner as of the close of business on the record date, October 3, 2022. If you are a stockholder of record, meaning you hold shares directly in your
name with Computershare Trust Company, N.A., please bring government-issued photo identification for entrance to the annual meeting. If you are not a stockholder of record but hold shares as a beneficial owner in street name, you should provide
proof of beneficial ownership as of the record date, such as your most recent account statement reflecting stock ownership on the record date, October 3, 2022, together with government-issued photo identification.
If you do not comply with the procedures outlined above, you may not be admitted to the Special Meeting.
