Other Events.

On September 14, 2022, Mind Medicine (MindMed) Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company received notice from the Nasdaq Listing Qualifications Office of The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) on September 13, 2022, indicating that the Company has regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirement under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is hereby incorporated by reference herein.
