On August 12, 2022, StartEngine Crowdfunding, Inc. (“StartEngine”) issued an update and will hold a conference call regarding its financial results as reported in our Form 10-Q for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. A copy of the update is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
