Certara Down 15% After Announcing Stock Sale by Shareholders

Certara Inc. shares fell 15% to $17.24 after the biosimulation
company said certain stockholders including EQT AB plan to sell 7
million shares.
On Tuesday, Certara said second-quarter revenue rose 18% to
$82.8 million, but added that it expects foreign exchange impact
and softness in regulatory services to continue in the second half
of the year.
