(NASDAQ: VGFC) (TSXV: VERY.V) (FSE: OSI) ("VERY GOOD" or the "Company"), today announced that its board of directors has approved the grant of stock options (the "Options") exercisable for a total of 3,715,000 common shares ("Common Shares") to certain employees (including officers) and directors. All Options were granted pursuant to the Company's stock option plan and are subject to the terms of the applicable grant agreements and the requirements of the TSX Venture Exchange ("TSX-V").

The Options were granted at an exercise price of $0.305, being the closing price of the Company's Common Shares on the TSX-V on July 13, 2022. The Options will vest over a period of 12 months with 25% of the Options vesting every four months commencing on the date of grant. The Options have a three-year term until July 14, 2025.
