On July 5, 2022, Viemed Healthcare, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing a third peer-reviewed and published study demonstrating the benefits of non-invasive ventilation at home. The press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
