ADMA Biologics Announces Addition to the Russell 2000® Index

ADMA Biologics, Inc. (Nasdaq: ADMA) (“ADMA” or the “Company”), an
end-to-end commercial biopharmaceutical company dedicated to
manufacturing, marketing and developing specialty plasma-derived
biologics, today announced that the Company will be added to the
Russell 2000® Index, effective as of market open on June 27, 2022,
according to a preliminary list of additions posted by FTSE Russell
on June 17, 2022.
The Russell 2000® Index measures the performance of the
small-cap segment of the U.S. equity market. Membership in the
Russell 2000® Index, which remains in place until the next
reconstitution, is based on membership in the broad market Russell
3000® Index. Russell indexes are widely used by investment managers
and institutional investors for index funds and as benchmarks for
active investment strategies. Approximately $12 trillion in assets
are benchmarked against Russell's US indexes. Russell indexes are
