Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On June 1, 2022, the Board of Directors of BTCS Inc. (the “Company”) approved a salary increase for Michael Prevoznik, the Company’s Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Prevoznik’s annual base salary is now $225,000, effective immediately.
