Other Events.

On May 13, 2022, the Company issued a press release announcing that it acquired a new 474,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Changxing, China for approximately $19.5 million in cash. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
