Explanation of Responses:
(1)	The shares subject to the stock option shall vest on the one year anniversary, May 4, 2023, subject to Ms. Ware's Continuous Service (as defined in the Issuer's 2014 Equity Incentive Plan) through such vesting date. The stock option represents an annual grant pursuant to the Issuer's Amended and Restated Non-Employee Director Compensation Policy

Remarks:
The original Form 4, filed on May 6, 2022, inadvertently listed the incorrect number of options granted to the Reporting Person on May 4, 2022 due to an administrative error. This Form 4/A is being filed to correct the number of shares underlying the stock option originally reported.
