Item 2.02. Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 11, 2022, Marrone Bio Innovations, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing and will hold a press conference regarding its results of operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2022. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report.
