Elizabeth Czerepak resigned as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of BeyondSpring Inc. (the “Company”), effective as of May 17, 2022.  Ms. Czerepak’s departure is not the result of any disagreement with the Company or the Company’s Board of Directors on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. The Board of Directors of the Company intends to conduct a search of potential internal and external candidates for the Chief Financial Officer position.
