Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On March 10, 2022, Capricor Therapeutics, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2021. A copy of the press release is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
