Item 8.01 Other Events.

Singlepoint Inc. announces that on December 17, 2021, pursuant to the Purchase Agreement with The Boston Solar Company LLC (“Boston Solar”), that the Company's independent registered public accountant, Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) certified Turner Stone & Company (“Turner Stone”) completed a full two-year (2019 and 2020) audit of Boston Solar. Turner Stone audited the financial statements of Boston Solar, which comprised the balance sheets as of December 31, 2020 and 2019, and the related statements of operations, of members deficit and cash flows for the years then ended, and the related notes to the financial statements.
