Results of the annual general meeting of shareholders:

On December 21, 2021, the Eros STX Global Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2021 annual general meeting (the “AGM”) virtually via the internet. All of the resolutions submitted to the Company’s shareholders at the AGM were duly approved and passed:

Re-election of Mr. Dilip Thakkar as a Class I Director of the Company; and

•

Re-election of Mr. John Zhao as a Class I Director of the Company.
