Telecom Plus PLC (trading as the Utility Warehouse), which supplies a wide range of utility services to both residential and business customers, announces that on 23 November 2021, as part of its all employee Save As You Earn share scheme (the "SAYE Scheme"), Charles Wigoder, Executive Chairman, exercised options to acquire 1,727 ordinary shares of GBP0.05 in the Company. These options were originally granted on 23 August 2018.

The attached notification, made in accordance with Article 19 of the EU Market Abuse Regulation 596/2014 (as incorporated into UK domestic law by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018), gives further detail of the number of options exercised by Mr Wigoder under the SAYE Scheme.
