STOCKHOLM--Swedbank AB said Monday that Josefin Lindstrand has notified the bank that she will leave the board of directors to accept other board positions within the financial technology and products industry.

Ms. Lindstrand has served on Swedbank's board of directors since 2019 leaves her position effective immediately.
