(the “Company”) updated the information on the “Latest News” page on its website, https://www.votefornxt-id.com/ (the “Website”), dedicated to the Company’s Special Meeting of Stockholders, scheduled to be held on Friday, October 15, 2021 (the “Special Meeting”), to include links to a press release issued by the Company on October 4, 2021 and to a flyer issued to the stockholders of the Company on October 4, 2021, regarding the Special Meeting.

 

The updated Website information supplements the Definitive Proxy Statement that the Company filed with the SEC on September 17, 2021 and the Definitive Additional Materials filed with the SEC on September 21, 2021, September 27, 2021, September 29, 2021, September 30, 2021, October 1, 2021 and October 4, 2021.
