Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On September 23, 2021, Mary Rottler, the Chief Operating Officer of Seritage Growth Properties (the “Company”) notified the Company of her resignation from the Company to pursue another opportunity at a private real estate company. Ms. Rottler’s last day with the Company will be October 1, 2021. Ms. Rottler’s departure is not based on any disagreement with the Company.
