Singapore artificial-intelligence startup Advance Intelligence Group has raised more than $400 million in its latest funding round, bringing its valuation above $2 billion, it said Thursday.

The series-D investment was led by SoftBank Vision Fund 2 and New York-based private-equity firm Warburg Pincus, the company said.

Founded in 2016, the startup develops AI-powered credit products and services, such as buy-now-pay-later platforms, digital lending and enterprise solutions.

Advance Intelligence, whose operations span 12 markets across Asia and Latin America, plans to use the capital to expand its consumer credit business and digital lending operations in Asia.

Credit Suisse acted as the exclusive placement agent for Advance Intelligence.
